  • Prices are per room and per night, including gourmet breakfast and VAT, plus local visitor's tax.

  • Children under 7 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ room.
    For children / teenagers aged 7–17 in the parents’ room, 50% of the adult rate will be charged.

  • Room offers are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.

  • All rooms include shower/WC, TV, and Wi-Fi.

  • Free parking available.

  • Business rates on request.

  • Payment methods: cash or PayPal only – no card payment possible.
